We found what was breaking BetterSax’s member site, fixed it, then made it simpler.

A saxophone lessons membership with a site already running. Their plugins looked set up the right way, but things were still not working, including the link between the site and their email automations. We mapped the whole setup, fixed it, then recommended simpler layouts for the welcome page and dashboard and built the ones they picked.

Built on

The site runs on WordPress, with BuddyBoss for the member area and forum, LearnDash for courses and GamiPress for points, badges and levels. WP Fusion links member access to ActiveCampaign, where the emails and automations run. That link is what we fixed.
