Membership platforms we’ve designed, built and kept running.
Courses, communities and memberships for founders with paying members, mostly on WordPress. Some came to us with a site that kept breaking, some with a clear vision and no plan, and some wanted one team to handle everything.

The Online Dog Trainer
Three websites, one member platform, weekly fixes and new launches. One team handles all of it and already knows the setup. Right now we’re proposing a new member area.

Life Lessons Global
They wanted a flow of their own: daily goals and badges, several products, and separate accounts for parents, children and teachers. That meant moving from Thinkific to WordPress.

BogiDope
BogiDope wanted their membership to work better for people chasing a pilot slot. We redesigned it and built it.

HER Collective HQ
Keia wanted her membership, HER Collective HQ, to sit beside her main website: one place for community, classes, live events and a book club, with a clear start for new members.

Busy Mum Fitness
Kelly needed a member area that takes a busy mum straight to her program, workouts and resources.

Practice Polish Perform
Christina needed one place for her coaching: a member area for young performers and their parents, plus a sales page and checkout for her workshop. As her business grew, her setup needed to grow with it.

Freedom Farmers
Their site was already live. They needed their shop tied to their CRM, rewards to keep members engaged, and a member area that follows the path they wanted members to take.

DJ Shortee
Their courses and community were already running. They wanted gamification added, and they had no CRM yet.

Crafty Club
Their site was already running, but some plugins needed configuring. Once that was sorted, they wanted the layout and rewards to work better for members.

BetterSax
They had set up their plugins the way they thought they should, but something kept not working, and their site and email automations were not talking to each other properly.

Lara Adler
Lara already had a member area, but it wasn’t using what her course, access and CRM tools could do together. She needed one place for all her courses: one login, one dashboard, and course pages that keep students moving.

Institute of Digital Dentistry
The member site already existed. It needed a clearer layout and an easier flow, so dentists could find their courses, community and events without hunting.

Senior Subway
They had a site and a clear idea of the community they wanted: perks for seniors, events and ways to get together. They needed help working out how to build that flow.

High Dimension Portal
A holistic academy with courses, events and a community. They needed a clear member journey, products set up properly, and their CRM moved into WordPress.
MemBuild Community.
We build our own community plugin for WordPress, too: feed, courses, chats, events and levels. It’s free, and there’s a live demo you can log in to as a guest.
