FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers.

The same answers you'd get on a call — written down, so you don't need the call.
PROCESS
We read every field and reply within one business day — Manila time. Qualified inquiries get a free 10-minute video walkthrough of their current setup, before any money changes hands. If we're not the right fit, you get an honest no and a pointer to what will actually help.
No. Clearly-defined work can start directly on a Support Block. The audit is the recommended first step when the problem is unclear — and every build is scoped from one, because that's how timelines get locked and estimates stay real.
For qualified inquiries: a recorded ten-minute video over your public site, naming two or three real problems plainly — no hedging, no pitch theater. You see how we think before you spend anything. If the audit makes sense after that, we'll say so at the end.
The fit-check reply lands within one business day. The audit starts as soon as your kickoff questionnaire and access are in — and runs exactly two weeks from there.
PRICING
Because free discovery calls produce sales pitches, not answers. A paid audit obligates us to the truth: two weeks inside your stack, and a written Membership Operations Roadmap you own whether or not you hire us next — including when the honest answer is "you don't need us."
The audit is refundable in week one if we can't help — and that's our call, made honestly. It's the same honesty that tells founders when they don't need us: if week one shows your bottleneck isn't something operations work can fix, or your stack sits outside what we run at depth, we refund in full and point you somewhere better.
It is not a satisfaction guarantee. Once week two starts, the Roadmap is being written — the fee is earned.
Deposit-based, billed hourly, starting at $2,000 — and the more you commit, the better your rate. Use a block across operations, builds, fixes, and strategy. It's how established businesses keep us embedded without a new proposal for every task.
No — verbal quotes are guesses, and guesses become your problem halfway through a build. Every project is scoped from an audit, which is why our timelines lock and our estimates hold.
WORKING MODEL
Manila, Philippines — remote-first, with clients across the US, AU, NZ, and EU for over a decade. In practice the timezone is coverage: your overnight is our workday, so fixes and changes land while you sleep, and emergencies don't wait for your morning.
Danica leads every engagement, with a small embedded team alongside — the same people over years, not a rotating cast of account managers. Our longest client relationships run seven-plus years for exactly that reason.
No. The team that audits your stack is the team that builds on it and runs it. That continuity is the product.
OWNERSHIP
You do — always. Accounts in your name, code in your repositories, documentation delivered as part of the work. We build assets you own, not dependencies you rent.
You keep everything, and everything is documented so the next person can pick it up without archaeology. Clean, documented, built for the next person — that's the standard we hold whether you stay or go.
PRODUCT
One dashboard instead of ten logins: sales, members, ads, webinars, content, and community in one real-time view. It was built inside eight years of running a real 124,000-member business — not in a product lab — and we're preparing to set it up, done-for-you, for a small number of membership businesses. Early access opens through the HQ page.
