The short version

We collect only what we need. We don't sell your data. We use it to communicate with you about Membuild's work and tools. You can ask us to delete it anytime.

Who we are

Membuild is an embedded membership operations business led by Danica Louwe, based in the Philippines. We build and operate membership platforms for online educators and community founders worldwide.

For privacy questions, contact: [email protected]

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly:

  • Name and email address — when you sign up for the Ventures waitlist or contact us through the site.
  • Message content — if you email us directly about a project or tool idea.

We do not collect payment information directly. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run analytics that identify individual visitors.

How we use it

  • To notify you when Membuild tools are ready for release (Ventures waitlist).
  • To respond to your inquiry if you've reached out about working together.
  • To send occasional updates about Membuild's work, tools, or YouTube content — only if you've opted in.

We will never email you about something unrelated to why you signed up.

Third parties we use

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • See what information we hold about you.
  • Correct any information that's wrong.
  • Delete your data entirely.
  • Unsubscribe from any emails — every email includes an unsubscribe link, or just reply and ask.

To make any of these requests, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 7 days.

Data retention

We keep your contact information for as long as it's relevant — typically for the duration of a business relationship or until you ask us to delete it. Waitlist contacts are removed once the relevant product has launched and the list is no longer active.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't email you about minor wording changes.
