The situation

John found us on YouTube looking for BuddyBoss customization help on a growing aviation career platform. The initial ask was small — adjust this, fix that. But as the relationship deepened and the platform's ambitions expanded, so did the scope. A full redesign was needed. Then gamification infrastructure. Then custom community features. Then a career guidance tool that didn't exist anywhere out of the box.

What we did

Delivered a full website redesign from top to footer — designed in Figma, implemented across the platform. Built the gamification layer using GamiPress: custom libraries, custom redeemable items, points and rewards logic. Built custom directories and community features as the platform expanded. The most complex piece: a custom interactive career dashboard that pulls live data from LearnDash and acts as a visual map — showing each member where they are in their aviation career path, what's next, and what they've already completed. The team also runs ongoing marketing support alongside platform work: video editing, slides, data management, and content posting. Currently leading the platform migration from BuddyBoss to Fluent Community.
