Refunds, in plain English.
We’d rather write this down once than argue about it later. One rule, three services, no small print. If anything here isn’t clear, ask before you pay.
Refundable in week one — if we can’t help.
For the first seven days we’re inside your setup, looking. If we conclude we can’t help, we say so in writing and refund the full $1,500. That call is ours, made honestly. It isn’t a satisfaction guarantee or a change-your-mind window. Once week two starts, the fee is earned — and you keep everything we found.
Pay for what’s built. Keep what’s built.
Builds are scoped in writing after the Audit and billed in stages. When you sign off, we book the team for the whole build — that’s the rule above. You can stop at any stage: you pay for stages done or in progress, and stages we haven’t started come back to you, minus the team time already committed to them. Everything built so far is yours.
A deposit books people. It isn’t a change-of-mind refund.
Before you deposit you get an estimate and a recommended tier, in writing. When you deposit, we book people to you — the rule above. Unused balance is never lost: it stays as credit, no expiry — held as hours at the rate you bought them, for the kind of work your estimate covered. Cash comes back only for a reason we agree is valid, minus the commitments already made for you.
